FLHC FCU offers a Home Equity Loan to help members access the equity in their home. Use the funds to consolidate debt, home renovations, educational costs, vacation, or just about anything you can think of!
Borrow up to 80% of the appraised value* (less any existing open mortgages or home equities). We’ll even pay the closing cost fees as long as you keep the loan open for 3 or more years.

*Appraisal will be ordered from a trusted local appraiser after the initial application has been pre-approved.
